Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

The product received is not the one ordered.

The item is incomplete or has missing accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to customer negligence.

Opened electronics (unless proven defective).

Our team will evaluate and confirm your request within 24 hours.

Pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours (for within Nairobi).

After item evaluation:

Refund processed within 7–10 business days via M-Pesa or bank.

Or item is replaced/exchanged (based on availability).

Or a credit note is issued.
